Post-Pregnancy Workout DVD's

By Robin Blauvelt

It's fun being pregnant for 9 months, but it's not fun to look like you're pregnant after you've had your baby.

I want to spend the next 2-3 minutes talking about the Fit Yummy Mummy workout. The last thing you want is for someone to walk up to you 6 months after you've had your baby and ask you when you're expecting... or even whisper it behind your back. I would encourage you to check out becoming a Fit, and Yummy mom again.

The Fit Yummy Mummy program is about getting quick results and burning off the baby belly fat for good. Most women are left with this "pooch" for years to come. This can help you get rid of it. It's designed to go about 90 minutes per week (that's per week... not per day), and to help restore your body back to pre-baby fitness.

It's also about more than just working out. It is a nutrition guide to help you get the foods you need to get back in shape too. It's not about starving yourself or doing some kind of fad or crash diet. It's about meal planning and eating right that works with and for your whole family.

There are lots of extra little bonuses that come with it too. Meal planning tips, getting back to stylish clothes again, and several other things. I dont' want to sound like a commercial. I just know that I really like this program and what it had in it for me.

One of the things that will probably impress you the most when you visit the Fit Yummy Mummy website is the testimonies on the site. There are a ton of them. It's not just two ladies who did the program. There are a several, with audio and video. It's really quite impressive to see the before and after photos of some of these moms. You would never know that these women had had a child recently, or in some cases, have had multiple children.

Final thought... and then I'll stop sounding like a commercial. The final thing that really helped me decide to use this workout routine was near the bottom of her website, below all the testimonies are the endorsements of major health care providers and experts. I thought I would take the time to write up about this program because the other half of being pregnant is recovering from being pregnant.
