Childbirth DVD's - Learning "Natural" At Home

There are several good Childbirth DVD's that you can buy, but probably the best of them all is a set called "Laugh and Learn."

Nothing beats actually having an instructor in front of you teaching you various breathing techniques for childbirth. However, there are either times you cannot make it to all or any of the Lamaze classes, or you want further reinforcement. Or, like me, I already went through Lamaze for my first child, and now I want a refresher as I prepare for child #2, and then again for child #3.

The main Childbirth DVD I want to focus upon is a series done by one of the best experts in the field, Sheri Bayles. There are many other child birth dvd's out there, but many of them are dated, incomplete, and just plain wierd. You will find a link below to Sheri's website. One of the things you will find when you visit her site is that we are not the only ones out there who endorse Laugh and Learn.

Sheri Bayles has three different childbirth dvd's. The first is all about childbirth itself, walking you through Lamaze. It is a fun DVD that has almost five hours of lessons for you and your husband to go through. The second is all about breastfeeding. There are nine lessons here. While you would think it a simple thing, the reality is, is that it is not. This DVD will get you ready for breastfeeding your baby. The third DVD is getting you ready for child care. You will need these 6 lessons. If you are like many new parents, having the baby is one thing. Taking home the baby and caring for him or her is another.

Like I mentioned, these Childbirth DVD's are not just for new moms-to-be.
